PT Sumber Kharisma Persada (PT SKP) and Cipta Narada Lestari (CNL), subsidiaries of PT Astra Agro Lestari Tbk. (AALI) in East Kutai (Kutim), East Kalimantan, organized an occupational safety and health (OSH) campaign to commemorate OSH Month 2025.
The theme of this commemoration was “People First: Increasing HR Capacity and Safety Leadership to Realize a Proactive Safety Culture and Climate.”
The campaign aims to further strengthen the safety culture within the company, embedding it in every activity of PT SKP-CNL employees.
The focus emphasizes the critical role of leaders in each department to manage a safe and comfortable work environment, ultimately reducing the number of work accidents.
Ricky Oktavianus, Administrative Manager (ADM) of PT SKP, emphasized that the implementation of OHS is just as important for the sustainability of the company as productivity.
Safety has become a top priority that must be upheld by all Astra Agro Lestari subsidiaries.
“Our safety goal for 2025 is zero accidents, reflecting our commitment to creating a truly safe working environment for employees,” he stated.
“These goals certainly cannot be achieved without the awareness and concern of leaders in each section to ensure their members work safely in a hazard-free environment,” he continued.
This year’s K3 campaign involves all levels of PT SKP-CNL employees actively participating, both in the field and through social media.
In the digital realm, the campaign was realized through the distribution of posters, banners, and tweets on various platforms, which not only added to the excitement of the OSH Month commemoration but also encouraged employee involvement in strengthening the work safety culture.
As a demonstration of real commitment from the company’s leadership, all ranks of PT SKP-CNL staff signed a safety commitment, symbolizing shared responsibility in creating a safe and healthy work environment.
