PT Kimia Tirta Utama (PT KTU), a proud subsidiary of the palm oil plantation group Astra Agro Lestari, recently celebrated the Nuzulul Qur’an while bringing hope to orphans in the local area of Siak Regency, Riau Province.
Held at the Al-Ikhlas Mosque of PT KTU, this event not only strengthened friendships but also illuminated the blessings of the holy month of Ramadan. The gathering included company staff and community members, showcasing a spirit of unity with leaders like PT KTU Administrator Teddy Yohendra Siregar and Assistant Head of Gardens Periska.
The presence of orphaned children from Pangkalan Pisang Village , highlighted the true essence of community. Teddy Yohendra Siregar expressed heartfelt gratitude for the event’s success.
“We are grateful to provide assistance to orphans this Ramadan, continuing our tradition of support,” Teddy affirmed. “May this aid bring joy and benefit to the orphans around us.”
Beyond offering vital support, the company shared the gift of knowledge and faith by distributing the Quran, Juz Amma, and Iqro to the administrators of the Al-Ikhlas Mosque.
