Indonesian citizen, he was appointed as the Chief of the Audit Committee of the Company in April 2015. Previously, he served as Ambassador/Indonesia Permanent Mission to the United Nationsan do ther International Organizations in Geneva (1991-1995) and Director General of Foreign Economic Relations at the Foreign Affairs Ministry (1995-1998). Soemadi also served as Indonesian Ambassador to Japanin Tokyo (1998-2002), Indonesian Ambassador to the United States in Washington, D.C. (2002-2005) and as Head of Indonesian Delegates to the Economic Partnership Agreement Negotiation Indonesia–Japan from 2005 to 2008. Currently, Soemadi is entrusted to head Indonesian Delegationto the EFTA–Indonesia Comprehensive Economic Partnership Agreement negotiation. He also serves as Advisor on International Affairs to the Defense Minister and is a member of the Asia-Europe Foundation Board of Governors and alecturer at the Foreign Affairs Ministry’s Center for Education and Training. In these capacities, he has participated as speaker and participant in various national and international seminars and symposiums, particularly on topics of international economic relations and regional security architecture.

Soemadi graduated from Department of International Relations, Faculty of Social & Political Sciences, Gadjah Mada University in Yogyakarta in 1965 and from the Institut International d’Administration Publique–Section Diplomatique, Paris in 1969.

Currently, she is the Independent Commissioner in PT Asuransi Astra Buana and the Director in PT Nusa Prima Motor. Previously, she served as the Member of Audit Committee and the Member of Risk Monitoring Committee in PT Asuransi Astra Buana (2013-2015) and the Vice President Director in PT Komatsu Astra Finance (2010-2011). Started her career in Citibank and joined Astra Group in 1988. She graduated from Canberra College of Advance Education, Australia and holds a degree of Bachelor of Arts in Accounting.

Currently, she is the Director of Undergraduate-Extension Program in Accounting at Faculty of Economics Universitas Indonesia and was appointed as the Director of Universitas Indonesia’s Postgraduate Program in Accounting. is Previously, she served as the Member of Audit Committee of PT BRI Agro Niaga Tbk (2012-2015) and PT Aneka Tambang (2010-2014). She acquires her Doctor in Accounting degree from Universitas Indonesia in 2009.

An Indonesian citizen, he was appointed as the Chairman of the Nomination & Remuneration Committee of the Company since 7 December 2015. Currently he serves as Independent Commissioner of PT United Tractors Tbk and PT Samudera Indonesia Tbk, member of the Advisory Board of the National Human Rights Commission and advisor to the Indonesian Physics Olympic Team. He was a lecturer at the PPM Management Institute from 1968 and its President Director in 1988-1998. Since 1998 he has been actively involved in the implementation of good corporate governance in various companies and non-profit organizations. He graduated from the Universitas Indonesia in 1967, majoring in Psychology and acquired his Doctor of Philosophy degree in Business Administration from the University of Southern California, USA in 1985.

An Indonesian citizen, he has been appointed as the Member of the Nomination & Remuneration Committee of the Company since 7 December 2015. Currently, he is also the President Director of PT Astra International Tbk since March 2010, President Commissioner of PT Astra Agro Lestari Tbk, PT United Tractors Tbk, PT Astra Honda Motor and PT Menara Astra. Previously, he was a Director of PT Astra International Tbk (2001-2010) and Sales Engineering Manager of Daimler-Benz Indonesia. He holds a Dipl.-Ing. in Mechanical Engineering from the University of A. Sc. Konstanz, Germany in 1984 and the degree Dipl.-Wirtschaftsing in Business Administration from the University of A. Sc. Bochum, Germany in 1986.

Currently, she is the Executive Management Head in PT Astra International Tbk. She joined Astra in 1994 and previously held the position of Human Resource Department Head and Human Capital Management System Department Head. She graduated from Parahyangan Catholic University and hold a Master of Management from Institut Bisnis and Informatika Indonesia.
