Status Description:
Accepted : The incoming report originates from a clear source and can be accounted for in accordance with the applicable procedure.
Verification : Effective communication with related parties. Collection of evidence and field verification (if necessary) is conducted to complete the data. Based on the available data, we can determine if the issue is indeed valid/ authentic or not. If proven correct, formulation of a corrective action plan is conducted.
Closed : A corrective action plan is agreed upon by the related parties and progress monitoring is then conducted.
Dropped : The results of our investigation cannot provide evidence to support the report filed by the informant. Confirmation is made to the informant that the report submitted will not be followed up further.
